the small budget photography article is finished. hope this one gets a few hits. i really like sharing this kind of information.. i had a lot of fun writing it.
i also learned today that mozilla/firefox/netscape do not support tooltips the way they should - thus the tooltips on my smallbudgetphoto page will not work properly if youre using one of these sorry little browsers. the mozilla people fully recognize that the ALT attribute should not be used for tooltipping HOWEVER they have yet to implement any sort of multiline interface for tooltips that properly use the TITLE attribute. Opera of course has implemented this and amazingly so has IE. my suggestion to all of you is to switch to Opera.

basically, repeat the alt attribute in a title attribute (title's the correct way to do it, but alt was used this way historically, so...)

well i've been using title. it *sort* of works in firefox/moz. both of them cut off my comments after a certain length. other browsers will allow multiline or longer comments in the title attribute. i wish it would do multiline :/
