  1. Most Democrats in office stand up for personal freedom.
  2. Most Republicans in office stand up for economic freedom.
  3. Politicians vote very similarly to what most people would say their party stands for.
  4. People who consider themselves republicans are currently all a bunch of crazy, white, extremely religious hicks and it's always been that way.
  5. People who consider themselves democrats are currently all a bunch of uppity, middle to upper class, well-educated, abortion-loving, anti-gunners and it's always been this way.
  6. You have a choice. The Democrat and Republican parties are entirely separate and have little in common.
  7. All people are either Left, Right or in the Center. Political belief can always be determined and mapped on a single line segment.
  8. Other parties and people don't run because they're all a bunch of quacks.
  9. No other parties exist or have lasted any amount of time at all in the United States recently but the Dems and Reps.
  10. All political elections and debates are fair and have reasonable requirements so that anyone or any party can run.
  11. The Democrat and Republican parties truly and very accurately represent the beliefs of most Americans.

    you couldn't be more right. it definitely is a myth that libertarians oppose censorship. libertarians oppose government-coerced and enforced censorship.
