Hollister's site currently really sucks. I've taken a screenshot of it to preserve it in case they should decide to remedy their usability issues.

Layout and looks-wise it's a masterpiece. It looks great! There's just one problem: Hollister's site is a catalog/store. How do you get to the store? Where's the navigation? How do you buy?

If you've found it - congrats. If you think you've found it and it's at the bottom of the page - you're wrong. Move your mouse over the top where it say's "Bettys Shop" or "Dudes Shop". Hidden navigation for the most central part of their website.

Congrats, Hollister.. people can't even buy your shit.

Tip: don't hide things from your users, especially things that are essential to general website usage. Everything important should be extremely visible. Things such as drop down boxes, and rollovers.. even drop down menus can hide your very important website elements.

You were on the Hollister website?
